Welcome to Cats Protection
Turriff and District started in January 2001 following the geographical division of the Inverurie Branch.
We are a local branch of a National Organisation.
Cats Protection was formed by a group of concerned cat owners in 1927. In the 84yrs since many thousands of
volunteers have worked tirelessly to ensure the welfare of cats. Cats Protection helps 140 000 cats and kittens every
year. Our rehoming and neutering programmes together with our work in reuniting lost cats with their owners ensure
that those 140 000 cats are given the chance of a better life.
